1. Selection and requirements for the installation site
The installation site should be at a distance from the lathe, grinder and other mechanical equipment. The site should be cleaned and kept dry and clean to prevent iron filings, sand, dust and moisture from entering the bearing.
2, check the bearing model, prepare the installation tools
Inspect the IKO bearing model and size to meet the installation requirements, and select the appropriate assembly method according to the structural characteristics of the non-standard bearing and the various components to be matched with it, and prepare the tools and gauges for installation. Commonly used installation tools include hand hammers, copper rods, sleeves, special pads, screw-mosquito fixtures, presses, etc., with vernier calipers, micrometers, dial gauges, etc.
3. Verify the bearing assembly surface
IKO bearing assembly surface and the surface of the matching parts, if there is bump, rust layer, wear debris, sand, dust and dirt, one bearing is difficult to install, resulting in incorrect assembly position; second, these attachments form abrasive, Easy to wear non-standard bearing working surface, affecting assembly quality. Therefore, the surface of the journal, the surface of the housing of the housing, the end surface of the shoulder, and the mating surfaces of the connecting parts such as bushings, washers, and the like should be carefully inspected before installation. If there is a rust layer, it can be finely smashed, and the fine sand cloth is used to illuminate, and at the same time, the attachment surface of the bearing assembly and the attached parts thereof are also removed.
For IKO bearings that can be separated from the inner and outer rings, do not interchange the outer rings to avoid affecting the contact quality. For non-standard bearings, the rolling elements in the bearings must not be arbitrarily removed and mixed, so as to avoid the disorder of the installation position and affect the accuracy.
