Control the working speed of the stone engraving machine

Friends of the stone processing industry know that the amount of stone products that stone engraving machines can process in a certain period of time affects the cost and profit of the products. So how can we control the efficiency of processing and freely control the processing cost?
We must know that the most important point of processing stone is to determine a reasonable cutting amount according to the hardness of the engraving material and the performance of the stone engraving tool, which is the depth of each layer that we usually say. Each tool of different materials will have a maximum amount of knives. When we use the stone engraving machine, we should try not to use the maximum knives of the tool. If the machine is in the limit state for a long time, the tool will be damaged faster. Moreover, the speed is not improved when the maximum amount of knife is processed, and the speed is likely to cause the knife to be broken. Therefore, we have to set the amount of undercut to 2/3 of the maximum amount, so that the tool life will be greatly increased, and the processing speed can be improved a lot; thus, the tool cost can be saved and the processing efficiency can be improved.
We can also carry out roughing and then finishing according to the actual situation. When roughing, we can cut off all the allowance as much as possible to save the finishing time. It can also use the tool material with better processing performance. The performance of the stone engraving machine is not only reflected in the hardware configuration of the machine, but also requires us to accumulate processing experience little by little to improve the processing efficiency.
6. Keep the fire extinguisher at your fingertips; turn off the laser or shutter when not working; do not place paper, cloth, or other flammable materials near the unprotected laser beam.
7. After starting the machine, the machine should be started in the low speed X and Y directions to check if there is any abnormality.
8. Wear protective equipment as required, and wear protective glasses that meet the requirements in the vicinity of the laser beam.
9. Stone engraving machines should not process a material before it can be irradiated or heated by laser to avoid potential danger.
10. After entering the new part program, you should try it out and check its operation.
11. Observe high pressure safety regulations when servicing. Every 40 hours of operation or weekly maintenance, every 1000 hours of operation or every six months of maintenance, in accordance with the regulations and procedures.
12. Obey the general safety rules of stone machines. Start the laser in strict accordance with the laser start-up procedure.
13. Operators must be trained to familiarize themselves with the structure, performance, and knowledge of the operating system.
