When we use the CNC carpenter carving machine to process wooden door shape or craft carving, we always use three-dimensional clear angle, the professional term is 3D carving. The shape carved out in this way is more artistic and has a strong three-dimensional effect. The end of this function is primarily the end of the planning of the tool path and the selection of the tool. When planning the cutting path, we choose to automatically generate the shaded and varied carving process and finish it with a sharp knife. However, sometimes the so-called "island" occurs because the area between the two lines of the picture is relatively large or the area where the strokes are relatively thick can be processed.
  There are two main processing methods for the processing of "island" by CNC carpenter carving machine: the island processing and the successive carving method. The so-called island processing is to use the method of milling the bottom of some unprocessed areas mentioned above. When erasing the milling, the "overlap percentage" should be defined. The successive engraving method refers to continuing the three-dimensional processing by using the above-mentioned area that is plane-cut as the initial plane. The depth of this practice may be greater than the planned depth, but it cannot exceed the height of the blade plus the handle. The machining angle can be properly corrected for the angular separation interval and the angular separation interval. When machining larger objects or using thicker tools, the angular separation can be increased accordingly. Normally, the default value of 0.1 mm is claimed. The interval between the corners is too small, which may cause too many angles to be picked up, which affects the practical processing of the carving machine.
